A few years back, I picked up an iPad Pro along with a fantastic case from Pipetto. After using it for a good while, it started to show some wear, so I decided it was time for a new one. I scoured the internet but couldn’t find anything that matched the Origami case for my needs. So, I went ahead and ordered a fresh one directly from the Pipetto website. A couple of months later, I got an iPad Air for my daughter and snagged a lovely magnetic case for her tablet, plus a screen protector. I put in a warranty request since my iPad case has fallen apart at the edges and can’t hold my iPad anymore. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t received a word. I called and was informed that I need to reach out to another department via email. I had already sent an email to follow up on this. The customer service rep said she would send an email herself. Yet, still no updates. Can you please get my warranty claim sorted out?

I picked up a Pipetto 13" MacBook sleeve from the iStore in Harrogate, which is an Apple premium reseller and service provider. A day or two after bringing it home, I noticed a really strong chemical odor. I attempted to air it out using a fan, but even after a week, the smell is still there. It's pretty disappointing. I'm just gonna toss it and grab a Herschel sleeve, like the one I had for my old laptop.

The origami device cover is something special and ranks among the top options available. I’ve given a shot to a bunch of popular brands, and honestly, nothing compares to the origami cover when it comes to flexibility and ease of use.

I ordered and paid for an iPad case as a birthday present. I even opted for next day delivery to make sure it got here on time. After two days with no updates, I called to check on it, only to find out it was out of stock. The agent could only tell me that I shouldn’t have been able to buy it in the first place. Now, I’m stuck waiting 3 to 5 days for my refund and for someone from the complaints team to get back to me.

I ordered an iPad case from an online shop. After about two months of use, it broke. The front panel came loose from the back. I filed a warranty claim on their site, and they replied with, 'We apologize, and we’ll send you a replacement.' Then they closed the claim. A month later, still no replacement, so I reached out again. They told me there were some logistics issues and that they didn’t have the same item in stock. However, I could pick a different color of the same model. I appreciated that and chose one of the options. But then, they just went silent. I sent multiple messages, but never got a response. Sadly, the so-called 'Lifetime warranty' turned out to be a total sham. I'm really let down.
